Increase the level of convection from the nudge

There is a nudge feature to maintain the level of convergence. It gives you a hint before someone replies in offensive or hurtful language. It gives you a chance to revisit the language. When you send someone to reply, it will tell if the given in the tweet The words are similar to posts that have been reported.

Manage photo tagging settings

If you do not want someone on Twitter to tag you in pictures, then it is possible. To remove your name from a tagged photo, you need to click on the icon of 'More' at the top of the tweet. Here, you can select the 'remove tag' in the down list. If people have to stop tagging photos, then 'Profile' and 'Privacy and Safety' have to go to 'Profile'. Here you can select 'Photo Tagging' under 'Tweet Tag'. You will get the option to enable and disable photo tagging here.

Block accounts and content

  • You can block accounts and content on Twitter that you don't like to see or join. If you want to block a tweet or conversion, click the drop-down icon to the right of the tweet. Click on the block option here. The content will be blocked.
  • If you want to block a person from your timeline, then go to that person's profile and click on the three vertical dots menu at the top right. Select 'Block' from the drop-down menu here. If ever you want to unblock, then go to their profile and tap on the unblock button.
  • If someone is blocked on Twitter, then after checking it to go to that person's profile, you will see a blocked button instead of a follow button. After that, you will not see the tweets posted by that person. However, you can view their tweets by clicking on the 'View Tweets' option.
  • To manage the blocked accounts and list, you can see the complete list by going to the Blocked Accounts Settings. All you have to do is go to the 'Settings and Privacy' section in your profile. Here you have to select 'Privacy and Safety' and tap on the option of 'blocked accounts' in 'Safety'. Here you can unblock accounts by tapping the blocked icon.

How to mute the account

While the blocking feature allows you to restrict the convergence of certain accounts on Twitter, muting is a feature that can remove tweets from your timeline without unfollowing or blocking that account. Muted accounts will not know that you have muted them.

  • If you do not want to follow a conversion, select the option of 'Mute Conversation' from the dropdown list on the right of the tweet to mute it.
  • If you want to mute a hashtag or keyword, you need to click on 'Settings and Privacy' from the dropdown of your profile image. Click on the muted words and then on the ad to enter that word or hashtag. Tap what you want to mute.
  • You can also mute the profile. For this, go to the Twitter profile of the person whose updates you do not want to see. Select the option of mute from the overflow icon on their profile. If you want to unmute the muted account, then you can use undo.
  • To manage the list of muted accounts, all you have to do is go to the 'Settings and Privacy' section in your 'Profile'. Here 'Privacy and Safety' is to be selected and in 'Safety' you will get the option of Muted Accounts. You can unmute by tapping on the mute icon in front of it.
